At DDC, we’ve taken on the challenge to accelerate the shift to a circular society. Together with industry experts, thought leaders, and some of the best designers in the field, we’d like to invite you on a leadership journey. Join us for three exciting sessions over three months packed with hands-on tools, design-driven approaches, reflection, dialogue, and collaboration as well as inspiring and thought-provoking input on how to turn sustainable ideas into action.

During the course, you learn:

To lead with impact
How do you initiate and drive an impact-driven business? Get into the art of putting impact first while balancing C-level commitment, team motivation, and expectations from customers and stakeholders.

To design, build and test circular business models
Get hands-on experience with design-driven tools and methods to build circular business models – we design tangible prototypes that we test during training sessions.

Apply scenarios and strategic foresight
To design a sustainable future we have to imagine it. Using scenarios and strategic foresight, we evoke tangible images of a sustainable future.

To build and drive impact-driven organizations
How do organizations tackle a triple bottom line? We explore the newest organizational models that investigate how to release the full potential of organizations and partnership collaboration.
